The PGA Professionals

Tuition will once again be under the guidance of Brian Anderson and his assistant Scott Dixon
Brian is now the resident professional at Brora Golf Club. One of Scotland's most respected coaches, his pupils have included Scottish Amateur Champions, Walker Cup team members and regular players on the European Tour.

He served on the Ryder Cup Committee overseeing the matches from Kiawah Island in 1991 to Brookline in 1999.

Brian was appointed Golf Coach Education Manager Scotland by the Scottish Executive under their scheme to offer every child in Scotland the opportunity to learn the game of golf.

Scott joined the professional ranks in 1992 as trainee professional with Simon Boulden at Llandudno Golf Club in North Wales. After spending four fantastic years in Llandudno Scott moved to The Marriott Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club in 1996 as Assistant Professional to Brian Anderson. Eleven years at Dalmahoy has taken Scott from assistant Professional to his current position as Head Professional.

Scott has also worked with leading sports psychologists Karl Morris and Jamie Edwards from Trained Brain and has achieved the status of NLP Master Practitioner. Scott also works closely with Kendal McWade from Instinctive Golf and is currently an Instinctive Golf Master Practitioner. Scott’s plan is to continue walking his talk and to share how simple and fun golf can be!
